Introduction to Mindfulness

For Children Ages 6 to 12

This is a 30-minute class which is offered bi-weekly for children ages 6 to 12.

The class is divided in three distinct sections – Breath Play, Breathing Techniques, and Meditation Techniques.

Each technique is presented in a super simple, kid-friendly format. Children will learn effective and appealing ways to letting off steam, handle pain control, focusing on a class or test, deep relaxation, and more.

Like any other practice, consistency is Key. I strongly recommend attending the class regularly and supplementing their learning with a daily practice at home.

Classes are taught at my studio in Columbus Circle or at your desired location. I teach this class in schools, yoga studios and as a private class at home.
