While you can certainly meditate any time during the day. And I always encourage you to go within anytime you need to regroup and strengthen your self-confidence. But research suggests that the ideal time to meditate is first thing in the morning.
The reason behind this is that we want to start our day in the most positive of ways! It is important to plan your day in advance so that you know exactly how things will go for you. It’s best not to leave things to chance, because when we do, we invite chaos in our life.
You have the ability, and the tools, to be highly effective, efficient, and successful in anything that you put your mind on. In this class we will help you make all your goals a reality.
This class is an invitation to making time for yourself, honor who you are, and celebrate who you are going to be.
We will start the class with some positive affirmations, to remind ourselves of how special and powerful we are. Follow by a sweet guided meditation that serves as a spring board to a wonderful and Happy day!
