This is a highly interactive class. Each week we will work on a subject that is of importance to everybody. We will do a guided meditation, followed by a question and answer session. We finish the class with some positive affirmations. This is really important to create a healthy and strong self-image. The goal of the class is to help us grow in self-confidence.
