This is a 30 minute class that meets weekly.
We will do a guided meditation, followed by a question and answer session. Participation & sharing is mandatory and Key to a favorable experience. We finish the class with some positive affirmations. This is really important to create a healthy and strong self-image. The goal of the class is to help us grow in self-confidence. The subjects will fluctuate depending on the needs of the class. Typical topics will be: Gratitude, self love, self assertiveness, concentration, focus exercises, goal setting, and more.
