Veronica Moya is a children’s wellness expert, mindfulness educator, author, performer, and creator of the Mindful V™ Method.

For more than 25 years, she has helped children connect with their imagination, confidence, intuition, and inner wisdom through storytelling, meditation, affirmation, gratitude, movement, and creative expression.

Her work has been featured in The New York Times and Forbes. She has also brought her work to children and families at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and has served as a guest teacher at Columbia University.

Veronica believes that children are already whole, and that sometimes, they simply need someone to remind them of the wisdom and magic already living inside them.
