In Week 3, we shift the focus to your students. You'll get a crash course in child psychology and behavioral patterns, including:

  • What your students really need to feel safe, seen, and focused

You’ll walk away with classroom-specific strategies for weaving meditation into your day without disrupting your curriculum.
